- Session 1: Introduction to Kabbalah: Explore the meaning of Kabbalah (from Hebrew mekabel, “to receive”) and its role as the “Heart” of the biblical tradition, a path of joy, fulfillment, and spiritual insight.
- Session 2: The Three Main Lines of Thought: Understand the three core dimensions of Kabbalistic wisdom, Theoretical, Meditative, and Practical, and their unique contributions to spiritual awakening.
- Session 3: Fundamental Principles: Learn the essential concepts of Kabbalah, including the Tree of Life, the sefirot, divine emanations, and the soul’s connection to the cosmos.
- Session 4: Kabbalah Maasit: An introduction to Practical Kabbalah, exploring mystical applications such as amulets, talismans, and ritual techniques for aligning with divine forces.
- Session 5: Hermetical or Magical Kabbalah: Discover the intersection of Hermetic principles and Kabbalah, revealing practical tools for transformation and spiritual mastery.
- Session 6: Christian Kabbalah, Jesus and Kabbalah: Examine the Kabbalistic dimensions within Christian teachings, unveiling the hidden wisdom of the Gospels as part of the greater mystical tradition.
- Session 7: Jewish Kabbalah: Delve into the meditative and mystical practices of Jewish Kabbalah, including prayer, intention (Kavanah), and the path of spiritual liberation.
- Session 8: Redemption and Kabbalah: Explore Kabbalah’s vision of personal and collective redemption (Tikkun), and its application to transformation in the modern world.
- Session 9: Prayer in Kabbalah: Experience the transformative power of prayer and the meditative use of Divine Names as tools for connection with God and self-realization.
