About the Program

Quiet Dusk Chi Kung

Calms the nervous system, harmonizes emotional energy, and restores balance to the subtle and physical bodies, helping you transition smoothly from the day's activity into restorative rest.

As the day draws to a close, invite your body and mind into a state of gentle release. Through flowing movements and deep breath, you can: 

  • Liberate tension and dissolve stress; 
  • Calm the nervous system and restore equilibrium; 
  • Quiet the mind, preparing for restful, rejuvenating sleep;
