About the Program

Foundational Understanding of Breath 
Develops conscious insight into the natural rhythm and sacred intelligence of the life-giving Breath of Life. This stage supports the recognition of habitual tension, the release of inner resistance, and the awakening of presence, laying the foundation for spiritual attunement, clarity, and openness to grace.

Exploratory Breath Practices
Engage in diverse contemplative techniques, observation, counting, mantra, and sound-infused breath, which illuminate the breath as a bridge between the individual self and universal consciousness. This phase nurtures spiritual curiosity, humility, and the ability to navigate inner energies with devotion, discernment, and balance.

Transformative Power of Breath
Experience the breath as a living tool for healing, alignment, and the realization of your highest nature. Practices such as Tonglen, SO HAM, A-HU, and surrendering to the flow of the Universe cultivate heart-centred awareness, energetic harmony, and expanded consciousness, inviting states of liberation, profound connection and union with God.

Program Outline

Session One - Connect with Your Breathing
Rest your awareness on the natural rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. This foundational practice anchors presence, calms the mind, and deepens connection to your True Self, preparing the ground for all other meditative practices.

Session Two - Counting the Breath
Focus the mind through gentle counting techniques. By cultivating concentration, you quiet mental turbulence, enhance clarity, and stabilize awareness, supporting deeper experiential practice.

Session Three - Regulating the Breath
Learn methods to balance, lengthen, and harmonize your breath. This practice restores energetic flow, emotional equilibrium, and vitality, providing tools to integrate and align the body, mind, and the subtle energies of the spirit.  

Session Four - SO HAM
Meditate with the sacred mantra “I am That”, synchronizing breath with awareness and the universal essence. This practice nurtures self-realization, inner peace, and recognition of your True Nature.

Session Five - A-HU
Infuse the breath with the sacred sound A-HU, allowing vibration to expand the heart and refine subtle perception. This practice awakens compassion, nurtures self-realization, and cultivates luminous presence, guiding the soul toward conscious union with God.

Session Six - Tonglen: Anniversary Celebration
Practice compassionate breathing, taking in suffering and offering release and loving-kindness. Tonglen cultivates empathy, equanimity, and the capacity to serve as a channel of healing and conscious presence, a collaborator in God's redemption.

Session Seven - The Universe Breathing Through You
Surrender to the sacred mystery of allowing life itself to breathe through you. In this closing session, effort dissolves into trust as you rest in the Divine Breath and open to Grace.
